Refund policy

Refunds and 14 day returns


If your product(s) arrive damaged or you are dissatisfied with your order, within 14 days of dispatch or pickup, contact us at horridgesales@gmail.com and we will issue you a refund at our discretion. Any refunds are minus original freight and minus a restock fee of 15%, product is to be returned at buyer cost and in original condition. Returned product will be subject to inspection and any refund could be approved or declined.

After your refund has been processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2-5 business days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at horridgesales@gmail.com.

Sale and custom items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and custom items  ( cut metre items ) cannot be refunded. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded or subject to claim.

Roll sizes may vary from stated manufacturer size ( plus/minus ) and variance can not be refunded/charged/replaced..  

Abandoned pickup orders , any prepaid pickup orders that are not collected from our warehouse within 90 days from purchase date, will be returned to our general stock , no refund is available.
